Time For You is a welcoming women-only group that runs on Monday and Tuesday mornings. As well as plenty of tea, coffee, biscuits and lots of chatting, we run topics and sessions to support your wellbeing.

This includes creating memory boxes, sewing affirmations for positive mental health, getting closer to nature in Hailey Woods and occasional day trips to places like Bath, Birmingham and Cheltenham.

All sessions and topics we cover are decided by the group themselves.

£1 suggested donation each session.

Are you looking for ways to cope with grief having lost a loved one?

Living With Loss is an informal grief support group providing understanding and encouragement for those who have been bereaved. We focus on your wellbeing and look at ways to move through your journey with grief.

It is a very welcoming group guided by a member of staff with peer support from group members.

Our Chat and Connect Group meets for a couple of hours on a Friday afternoon for a bite to eat and a hot cup of tea or coffee. You can chat, play board games and feel part of a welcoming group of new friends.

Are you aged 18 to 26 and ready to get creative? Dive into a world of inspiration with our Creative Skills Workshop! Whether you’re passionate about music, art, or crafts, we have an array of engaging activities waiting just for you. Immerse yourself in the charm of traditional rural crafts alongside The Ernest Cook Trust, and discover the joys of honing your artistic talents in a safe, encouraging environment. This is the perfect opportunity to nurture a craft you already love or to explore something entirely new! Our Families Matter Group is a supportive parent and children playgroup in Cirencester for children aged two to four years old and their parents. You are also welcome to bring babies and younger siblings along as we understand how hard it can be to find groups for both ages.

This group is for fun, play and meeting other parents in a friendly and informal space. The children will enjoy craft activities and messy play, as well as a healthy snack.

We Welcome Wellness is an eight week rolling programme aimed at anyone who is experiencing mental health challenges. We provide a weekly changing programme designed to look at different elements of wellbeing from creativity, food and nutrition and better sleep through to self-care and enjoying nature and fresh air. We work within a small and supportive group with expert guidance from staff and volunteers. The current programme will run from Wednesday 30th April until Wednesday 18th June. Our Sociable Stroll in Cirencester is a chance to walk as part of a gentle companionable group aimed at older people with good mobility. We take a different one hour walking route around Cirencester every week. Come and chat with volunteers and staff and make new friends. Well behaved dogs are very welcome!
