At The Churn Project, we understand how important it is for men to talk openly about their mental health. Positive Strides is a men’s walking group that focuses on improving wellbeing through walking and talking. It provides a safe space where men can walk, talk and be heard by other men with shared issues and experiences. The group meets at Boxbush Community Centre in South Cerney after the Men’s Shed session. Dogs are welcome, but you don’t have to bring one to join the walks!
