    Our Memory Café is an informal group for people living with dementia and their loved ones in Cirencester and the surrounding villages. It’s a chance to meet, socialise, participate in activities and share experiences. Support and information is available for carers during the group sessions.     Move Together is a gentle exercise class for older people to improve their physical and mental wellbeing.

    Sessions will focus on key wellness areas such as cardiovascular health, mobility, strength, and balance, incorporating gentle cardio, muscle strengthening, and Tai Chi-inspired relaxation techniques.
