The Churn Project Welcomes Roz Savage MBE as Patron

South Cotswolds MP Roz Savage MBE has joined The Churn Project as a Patron supporting the charity’s work as a community hub reducing isolation and improving wellbeing for people across Cirencester and the surrounding area.

The Churn Project has been at the heart of the local community helping people navigate life’s challenges, build confidence and find connection. The charity is a community hub offering practical and emotional support to 1,762 people last year, from young parents to older people living alone, as well as those facing isolation, financial hardship or struggling with their mental health.

The Churn Project’s work continues to grow and the addition of Roz Savage as Patron marks an exciting new chapter in the charity’s ongoing commitment to strengthening community life in Cirencester and the South Cotswolds.

Sarah Bourne, Chief Executive Officer of The Churn Project, said: “We are delighted to have Roz join us as Patron. Her values align closely with our own – compassion, courage, and a belief in what people can achieve when they are supported and connected. Welcoming Roz strengthens our message about the power of resilience, purpose and community.”

Roz Savage MBE said: “The Churn Project plays such an important role in helping people feel seen, valued, and part of something bigger. I have seen firsthand what The Churn Project does to support people, and I am honoured to be part of a charity that is making such a meaningful difference.”
