We Welcome Wellness Programme

We Welcome Wellness is an eight week rolling programme aimed at anyone who is experiencing mental health challenges.

We provide a weekly changing programme designed to look at different elements of wellbeing from creativity, food and nutrition and better sleep through to self-care and enjoying nature and fresh air.

We work within a small and supportive group with expert guidance from staff and volunteers.

The current programme will run from Wednesday 24th September.
