Move Together Exercise Class

Move Together is a gentle exercise class for older people to improve their physical and mental wellbeing.

Sessions will focus on key wellness areas such as cardiovascular health, mobility, strength, and balance, incorporating gentle cardio, muscle strengthening, and Tai Chi-inspired relaxation techniques.

Running on Tuesday afternoons at Ashcroft Church (Ashcroft Room), Cirencester.
