Our Mindful Crafts programme involves structured sessions integrating creative activities with simple self-help techniques such as breathing exercises, relaxation, and mindfulness practices.
Sessions are designed to provide a safe, supportive space for participants to engage in creative and therapeutic activities while building connections and reducing isolation.
Activities to include candle making, reflexology, sketching in nature (weather permitting), flower wreath making and collage.
The first programme will start on Wednesday 1st October and continue for 3 more sessions on the following dates:
Wednesday 29th October, Wednesday 12th November, and Wednesday 10th December.
To be held at the Waterloo Community Centre Community Room) on the Waterloo, Cirencester (not at The Churn Project).
