Do you have trouble understanding and accessing the digital world?

Would you benefit from support to use your smart phone or other devices?

Do you need help to access online GP appointments or fill out online forms?

Our IT trainers can provide personalised one to one sessions to help you. It’s your opportunity to ask questions and be supported to explore the digital areas that matter to you. No question is too small or silly!

We can help you to connect to the internet or set up an email address, navigate the things that interest you online or show you how to use your GP’s website. We can also help with IT problem solving, scam advice, mobile device help and internet security.

These sessions are free of charge but need to be booked in advance.

Our digital support sessions are part of our work as a partner in the Gloucestershire DIGI (Digital Inclusion Gloucestershire Initiative) Partnership. Our work gives people access to local Digi Hubs – welcoming spaces where anyone can drop in for support with technology, whether that’s setting up a phone, accessing GP services online, managing benefits, or connecting with loved ones. Click here to find your local Digi Hub

Gloucestershire DIGI Partnership is a county-wide collaboration of nine community organisations tackling digital exclusion. The partnership funded by Gloucestershire County Council and NHS Gloucestershire, aims to ensure no one is left behind as more of our lives move online.
