Chair Yoga at The Churn Project is a gentle exercise class for older people, as part of our Ageing Well service. In the Chair Yoga we will look at different yoga practices such a chakra yoga, learning poses and techniques to awake and align the body’s energy centres, known as chakras.
Chair Yoga is suitable for everyone, particularly those with restricted mobility.
