Welcome to Paul Stepney – Our New Shed Development Coordinator

We’re delighted to welcome Paul Stepney to The Churn Project team as our new Shed Development Coordinator. Paul will be leading the way in growing and supporting our Men’s Shed and Community Shed initiatives – spaces where people can come together to share skills, make and repair things, and, most importantly, enjoy good company.

Paul brings with him a wealth of experience in community projects and a real passion for helping people connect through practical, hands-on activities.

“I’m excited to connect with our Shed members, listen to their ideas, and work alongside them to make our sessions as meaningful as possible, bringing people together and supporting wellbeing.”

“I’ll be looking at creating craft workshops to reach even more people in Cirencester and the surrounding area.”

The Sheds are more than just workshops. They’re welcoming places where friendships are built, laughter is shared, and everyone can contribute, regardless of age, background, or ability. Under Paul’s guidance, we’re excited to see these spaces develop even further – whether through new projects, partnerships, or simply more people discovering what the Sheds have to offer.
