Men’s Positive Strides (Tuesdays 10.30am to 11.30am)

A weekly walking group for men which focuses on improving mental health and wellbeing through walking and talking with others.

At The Churn Project, we understand how important it is for men to talk openly about their mental health. Positive Strides provides a safe space where men can walk, talk and be heard by other men with shared issues and experiences.

We meet on a Tuesday morning outside The Churn Project. Walks start at 10.30am and last up to an hour.

 

Positive Strides for All (Thursdays 11.00am to 12.00pm)

Restarting 18th September.

We have expanded our walking groups to be accessible to more people, and now run a Thursday walk for men and women. This is a mixed group for all ages and abilities. Walks start at a gentle pace, exploring the local area and parks around Cirencester, with the option to extend the walks where suitable at a faster pace.

Dogs are welcome on all walks.
