Vision, Mission, Values

Our vision is that everyone we work with is included and involved in their community, feels supported, and enjoys a sense of purpose, belonging and hope.

We aim to reduce and prevent isolation and to improve wellbeing particularly for those who are lonely, at a point of transition or crisis in their lives, or experiencing mental health issues. We support people through difficult times and stick with them as long as they need us to.

We focus especially on the most vulnerable people in our community: older people, young families, and unemployed people. We work with people to develop services they tell us they need. Our services and activities help increase confidence and resilience, build stronger family bonds, and improve people's skills.
