We have adapted our services so that we are able to carry on supporting those who need our help.

Through the COVID crisis so far we have set up a shopping service for those identified as vulnerable; we have delivered food to families and activities for the children; we have set up telephone befriending; we have offered phone support for everyone we already work with; we have set up online support groups for parents; we offer 1:1 phone or online support for those seeking work; we have recruited over 80 new volunteers.

If you need help or support (or know someone who does) you can contact us and we will do our best to help

We are working on how we will be able to bring back the services people love at The Churn. To begin with we will be offering telephone or online services, in line with government or Public Health advice. Our priority is making sure that we keep everyone as safe as possible.

Family Services

Ready Steady Baby, Ready Steady Baby's Here, New Baby New Life, Families Matter - we have Zoom groups and are offering individual phone support.

Employment (GEM) and Engagement

GEM is still offering 1:1 support online and by phone; there is phone support for those in crisis; Time for You has a Zoom group; allotment is still open. We will soon be offering online learning.

Ageing Well

Good Neighbours are offering telephone befriending; we will be offering a buddy service (depending on government guidelines) as soon as we can.
